Candidates that have the desire to hunt as well as the smarts to understand that farming referrals has a purpose will be seen to have the advantage. Likewise, so will above budget performers who won’t settle for an OTE income, but instead have greater aspirations. Prospecting will be key function, you will be focusing most of your activities on acquiring new accounts, identifying new prospects and selling Cafeto services, building and maintaining relationships with new clients.
